Christiane Weidenbach has been act­ive­ly in­vol­ved in the man­age­ment of egg­heads sin­ce the com­pany’s foun­da­tion, and is res­pon­si­ble for the areas of fin­an­ce, hu­man re­sour­ces, and or­ga­ni­za­tion. She was ap­point­ed man­ag­ing di­rec­tor on Dec­em­ber 1, 2016. Dur­ing her stu­dies in eco­no­mics, she work­ed – among other things – in a pub­li­ci­ty agen­cy, gain­ing first-hand ex­per­ien­ce con­cern­ing pro­ces­ses such as the gen­er­ation of print me­dia.
Since the start of his career as a mathe­ma­ti­cian, Wolfgang Wichert has de­vot­ed him­self to the auto­mation of pro­ces­ses, in­itially in the manu­factur­ing in­dus­try and SAP pro­jects. He real­ized his idea of trans­ferring and app­lying the auto­mation of in­dus­trial pro­ces­ses to other areas. Through a man­age­ment buy-out, he foun­ded egg­heads and de­vel­oped the first stan­dard soft­ware for cross­media pub­lish­ing and pro­duct in­for­mation man­age­ment – the egg­heads Suite.
Director Product Management
The commercial com­puter scien­tist is the young­est mem­ber of the egg­heads man­age­ment team. In his re­search the­sis, Eric Dreyer work­ed on the in­te­gra­tion of so­cial net­works in­to e-com­merce. He then found­ed and led his own com­pany for the de­vel­op­ment of in­di­vi­dual ecom­merce web app­li­ca­tions for four years, and work­ed for In­ter­shop for three years. Since 2013, he is sup­por­ting egg­heads – and to­day, he is our Di­rec­tor of Pro­duct Man­age­ment.
Rüdiger Friedrich is a gra­duate economist and eggheads’ Tech­nical Di­rec­tor for the areas of Pro­ject, Ser­vice, Sup­port, and De­vel­op­ment. Be­fore he start­ed at eggheads, he work­ed on the de­vel­op­ment of self-ser­vice com­po­nents at the com­pany Fin­anz In­for­matik GmbH in Hannover. He then join­ed TUI Deut­schland GmbH in Hannover, where he has held a num­ber of man­age­ment po­sitions in the IT de­part­ment of the world's lar­gest tra­vel and tour­ism com­pany.
Stefan Schulte is Sales Di­rec­tor at egg­heads and res­pon­sib­le for our cust­omers. He is dee­ply root­ed in the sof­tware in­dus­try and, be­fore join­ing egg­heads, was the CEO of multi­ple com­pan­ies in the tech sec­tor. His in­ter­dis­ci­plinary app­roach to con­sult­ation has serv­ed him well for more than 15 years and has en­abled him to pro­vide prag­matic and ef­fi­cient so­lu­tions. He has a dip­lo­ma in geo­graphy as well as an MBA from the re­nown­ed Berlin School of Economics and Law.
Director Customer Management
Graph­ics, de­sign, me­dia ... this has al­ways been his world. Kai Warmus start­ed a course in graph­ic de­sign, and he went in­de­pen­dent with his own agency so quick­ly that he still hasn’t com­ple­ted his stud­ies. From be­ing self-em­ploy­ed, he mov­ed to ALNO AG, where he built up the Me­dia de­part­ment, and in 2001 he took over the tech­ni­cal man­age­ment in the PIM project. In 2006 he joined egg­heads at the start-up as pro­ject man­ager, and is now Director Customer Management.
